At BRUISED, we accept returns on all unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery to ensure you find your perfect fit. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the garment is in its original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
